Can you just design my logo?
We believe a logo is not enough to make a brand stand out. An identity is always needed. For that reason, we only take on projects in which we can design the entire brand identity.
What is your payment process?
We charge 50% of a deliverable before getting started and the remaining 50% after its delivery. Payments are not refundable.
What files will I receive from you?
This depends on the deliverable, but we can assure you that you’ll get every format you need – ai, pdf, svg, eps, png, jpg, mp4, etc.
